johari window...

the johari window was invented by joseph luft and harrington ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. by describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.
saw kurt's...and thought it was an interesting thing to do... so here's the link to mine :)

in other news - i have three exams in the next 72 hours...

Nida girl, I really hope I can know you better so I can make a really important contribution to your johari window.
Duncan from Carleton (i think), started this revolution and now everybody is doing it.
It is really good to get to know how others see you but most important is to find out why, don't you think?

have you check the Nohari window, it really useful too... but you have to be prepared... you know, nobody likes to hear the negative part. I felt sad when I read mine :( but sometimes truth hurts.

Have a nice day Nida :D

te mando un abrazo grande grande
